Renowned Italian dining venue, BiCE Ristorante tucked away in the heart of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, stands out as the most notable venue within the hotel. This March, the renowned Chef Paolo, popularly known for serving up his signature vegan dishes will be cooking up at a storm from Wednesday the 27th till Thursday the 28th.
Guests are welcome to savour delicious authentic Italian dishes expertly crafted with a unique twist by Chef Paulo. The menu will feature an array of dishes such as the hearty zuppetta di fagioli cannellini, scarole e patate, made with cannellini beans, escarole and potatoes.
Diners can then tuck into the starters, Asparagi e asparagi and spighette di mais e pop corn, a small plate of green asparagus, white asparagus, baby corn and tofu, popcorn, lemon gel and foam of lemon. The main course is a special dish that promises to tantalise taste buds of every pallete, paccheri in trafia di bronzo, a pasta dish prepared with paccheri pasta, bronzed down with three variations of tomatoes from the San Marzano tomato juice and basic flavoured red corbarino tomato, to a yellow datterino tomato confit, garnished with bruschetta foam, thyme and oregano.
Dinner ends on a sweet note as guests are treated to the Tiramusu Vegano, however to keep in line with the theme of the night, the classic dessert will be made with coconut milk and vegetable sable.
BiCE Ristorante promises to thrill dinners with this special dinner tailored to showcase the culinary prowess of international Chef Paolo Gramaglia. Guests can savour the unique flavours for two nights only between the 27th and 28th of March at the dining venue. On the 29th of March Chef Paulo will be cooking at Table 9, at Hilton Dubai Creek and hosting a special vegan dinner at the venue.
